    • Lead by example

    • Treat people the way they want to be treated

    • Help others build their identity

    • Recruit good character individuals with a demonstrated history of prior exceptional performance

    • Make sure all goals are clearly defined

    • Clearly define the boundaries of acceptable behavior

    • Give team members the framework to make good decisions

    • Am supportive but not micro managing

    • Hold people accountable
